After this last IUI attempt, we have decided September will be IVF for us and of course I’m nervous.
Any recommendations for prepping before IVF? Or any Extraction/stimulation stories to share? I’m really wondering what the roller coaster of follicle growth looks like.
I’m currently doing Bird & Be pre-natal pack and Mayo-Inositol.

I just feel so done. Aug 2024, positive but ended in MC. Aug 2025 was our first IUI, positive and ended in a tough MC. Took a few months break and here we are in Aug 2026, and agreed this would be our last IUI attempt before moving to IVF. After 10 days on letrozole, no follicle growth… multiple monitoring scans after 1 week and nothing. Now we have to make the decision whether we do the redose of letrozole and miss out on the next round of my clinics IVF if it doesn’t work, or just stop this cycle and begin birth control until the next IVF cycle comes around.
I’m young, healthy, and athletic, lean PCOS. Nothing other than the PCOS at this time explains struggle. It really sucks feeling like there’s nothing you can do.
