Looking for feedback: will I be able to swap these out for cruiser/straight/upright handlebars with a frame of this style?

This is my second of two ever bike purchases. My first (now stolen... </3) was a straight frame road bike with drop bars. I got used to them and ended up kind of liking them but it was tough on my back.
