Could this be a leaking VCG?

A couple weeks ago I posted about finding oil on the tip of my injector. So today, I decided to have a thorough look at the top of my N53 engine. I found oil at the well where the coils and injectors sit. Could this be a leaking VCG that’s causing my rough idle/misfire?

I’ve a misfiring N53. I’ve replaced injectors on cylinder 4/5 as these were giving misfire codes. This injector came out of cylinder 4, covered in oil. My car continues to misfire. Is this indicative that my VCG needs replacement?
