Want a stable career

(23M) I'm someone who has struggled holding down a job and I've come to realize that it's because they were all jobs i didn't see a future in (Factories, Retail, Etc). I want to genuinely start a career in something but I don't know where to begin. I don't know what I'm good at or where I can go for school that won't leave me in heaps of debt. I've tried military, carpentry and IT work as careers. The only one that truly interests me is IT but I doubt my intelligence in that field.

I'm not trying to be dramatic but I feel like I'm only good for jobs that don't require an education and that are soul crushing

Past a month at this point

I felt like it was really helping me at a certain point. But I genuinely rarely eat now where I used to eat a lot. I also feel extremely paranoid and feel like I'm hearing my name or someone trying to break into my house while I'm in the shower. And I'm so irritated by everything. Any advice? Is this normal? Also I'm on 42 MG
