First time cat mom, do cats get skin tags/pimples/other weird skin growths?

Making it the 2nd picture so you don't get jump scared while scrolling.

Sorry this is gross but we noticed this bump on our cats side, near the armpit area. It's been there at least several months, my bf thought it was a nipple but I thought no it's definitely a skin tag. It looked and felt exactly like one. Well today I asked him to look at it again since she was on her side between us. He poked it a bit and actually pulled it out of her skin 🤢 no blood or pus. Our cat didn't even react. Whatever it is had, I guess a stalk? And it's firm-ish. Also as long as it's been there it never changed in size or shape and never seemed to bother her at all.

I would pay a million dollars to see a cross over episode with the ghoul boys from ghost files. Purely to see Zak try to convert Shane 😂

I know it's not gonna happen. Just a funny thought I had

I haven't come across this argument before, what do you think?

Btw I'm not advocating for one side or the other because I do not feel like I know enough to form an opinion yet. I'm just interested to see what my peers in the field have to add

This incident made me sick!

An employee at Soar Autism in Peoria Az kicked a non verbal client in the face which was recorded on camera! Luckily he was fired and arrested. I'm furious. For the little boy and family obviously, but also because this makes ABA look like the abusive practice it's often still accused of being. I think we need stricter vetting for RBTs (I've never once been drug tested or needed a fingerprint clearance card for any ABA company I've worked for) and even more than that, I think we need better access to mental health services. Not to excuse that monster's behavior in any way but there is clearly something wrong with him!

Burnout

How do you guys combat burnout? I know self care is always the first thing our companies throw at us but there's only so much a Starbucks and a manicure can do you know? I feel like my exhaustion is coming from the same issue after issue on repeat despite changing clinics/companies a couple times in the last few years

The OM says when we go to the bathroom we need to leave our iPads so the covering tech can continue to run trials and enter data on our behalf. To be clear these are under 7 min bathroom breaks and the covering tech is not starting their own session, they're entering the data as if they were me (or whoever is taking a bathroom break.) This doesn't feel right to me, is this ethical?
