Doing a playthrough of psychonauts again. He’s not a fan, guess the 480p graphics put him in a sleepy mood.

Feeling defeated

Venting some. Need some words of support or encouragement.

This is Bella. ~11 year old female I rescued 2 years ago. Extremely docile, gentle, loyal, and snuggly. Has AWFUL separation anxiety issues and is deathly afraid of any weather that isn’t sunny and clear with a slight breeze. First 6 months I had her, she was never crated. Caused about $1800 of damages in my home. I live in the Great Plains so weather just….happens…. And it can happen at the blink of an eye. Two broken doors, a broken door frame, a gaming pc knocked off a desk, a kitchen table chair. The list goes on. So now i crate her when i leave for more than an hour or two. She’s destroyed 1 crate so far. Ruined the flooring in the living room(put her crate on a mud flap from an 18 wheeler now), clawed into the dry wall, broken an entry way table and knocked the internet modem off(all from scooting her crate with her in it).

I try not to get upset with her, she’s a very good member of the family but the damage bill and mental stress keeps racking up. Figure it’s time for a daily anxiety medication or something of that sorts. And yes, crate is adequately sized. She gets plenty of mental stimulation outside of the crate when I’m home. Gets along well with other dogs and acts good in public. She exercises and plays with her cowdog brother for atleast an hour or two every day.
