🆘 Need your go to chicken breast & ground beef recipes!

Hubby eats approx 240g protein per day, mostly chicken breast, sometimes ground beef.
He has lost 100lb, has 100 more to go and I am determined to help him get there BUT I have reached my creative limit on making chicken and ground beef taste good.
Send me your go to recipes/marinades/seasonings. Sides not necessary, low cal, low fat, low carb focused. Side note: he doesn’t like curries, eggs, fruit.

Staff nurse vs leadership position

Just started a new outpatient RN position. Job is part time (three 8s), very flexible, easy compared to where I was before, team is great, close to where I live in a medium/high COL area, but the hourly pay isn’t great, little to no room to grow.

I have an offer from a different outpatient center in a leadership position (DON) that doubles my hourly rate. Full time, five 8s, although I might be able to get it to four days. They need a good deal of help since they haven’t had leadership in a little while; nurses are mostly registry right now, nurses on staff call out sick a lot, center is a little unorganized, etc. But they are motivated towards improvement as a whole. It’s about an hour away from where we currently live in a VERY HCOL but absolutely beautiful area, which will put us closer to my spouses work but a touch further from family/friends. No kids so that doesn’t factor into decision making.

This is a life changing opportunity money and title wise, but working that many days a week and signing up for more stress is not very appealing.

Am I crazy to leave my cushy job?

Looking for expert trainer for my Mal in Ventura County/San Fernando Valley area

Hubby and I rescued a Belgian Malinois from an animal shelter 1.5 years ago. Shes 2.5 now and we are just smitten with her.
We’ve worked with a local trainer the entire time we’ve had her on basic commands, obedience, monthly skills classes with other dogs, etc but feel like we need someone with Mal experience to help us further. She continues to be very dog and child aggressive and we can’t loose leash walk without her being very tired first and still with lots of correction.
Any recs for trainers in my area?
