Hello, I just wanted to know what should be the % rise to negotiate.

Making ~180k after 3 yrs in a bank.

New company (working out of a coworking space) between banks and vendors. My role concerns business development with banks and corporates.

How much can i ask as starting salary?

Would appreciate some guide.
