Is seasonal bedding lowkey a scam for all small apartments??

Hello redditors, so here my apartment closet is basically being bullied by some seasonal bedding lol. I have a summer blanket, a winter comforter, a guest set, and a couple of “just in case” throws, and somehow the whole closet still feels packed.

And you know the annoying part is the constant swapping 😭. Now, every time the weather changes, I start pulling bulky pieces out, stuffing other pieces back in, and pretending the vacuum bags will stay flat this time. They never do.

I am starting to wonder if small apartments need fewer seasonal pieces instead of better storage hacks. A comforter set that can work most of the year, with a blanket layer added when it gets colder, sounds more realistic than keeping separate bedding for every temperature swing.

Has anyone here, actually got simplified to one main year-round setup and freed up closet space, or do you still need separate summer and winter bedding no matter what?

Any simple way to save LinkedIn candidate profiles to a spreadsheet?

So, I’m in the middle of a high-volume sourcing sprint on LinkedIn right now. And finding relevant candidates is pretty quick, but copying profile details one by one into our tracking sheet is becoming a huge time sink.

I’m not looking for bulk automation or anything that requires heavy LinkedIn account integrations. A colleague recently tried something similar and ended up getting locked out of their profile, so I’d rather keep things simple.

Are there any lightweight tools or workflows that make it easier to save information from LinkedIn profiles/search results into a spreadsheet without creating a lot of automated activity?

I am just curious on what other recruiters or sourcers are using for this.

I am working remotely for a UK company while on a spouse/freelance visa do I actually need a permit?

Hey everyone, moved to dubai recently on my husband's residency visa and landed a remote gig with a company back in London. I'm getting paid into my UK account and just transfer money over to my local uae account via wise whenever I need cash. A friend told me yesterday that technically doing any work from inside the UAE, even remote laptop work for an overseas employer, without a formal mohre freelance permit or remote work visa is illegal and can lead to tax/compliance issues if banks flag the regular transfers. Is this actually enforced for people just working on their laptops at home, or are people only getting flagged if they invoice local uae companies? thanks for any real experiences!
