I bought my first Troupe box the other day and discovered it's not that hard to chop the top of the Troupe Master's Shuriken Pistol off and replace it with the top of a Fire Dragon Exarch's Fusion Pistol. Just cut around the hand and glue the trigger guard back in the right spot and it looks nearly seamless.

If you've got spare Fire Dragon bits, its a really easy way to get that 3rd Fusion Pistol for the Troupe kit.
