Just was on tiktok watching someone talking about Ironmouse and Valko and Mr Infant No Funds himself said hello 🫰🏻one step closer to saving our wolf boy 🐺

One of my favorite things about being in the Love and Deepspace fandom was that I was learning about Chinese culture on the regular. I've always been interested in cultures that are not my own. And every new event that came out gave me more reason to learn more about what I was being introduced to in the game. I think this is why this entire situation is so disheartening to see.

Because with the way things are going we won't be able to see this new character in something like these amazing paper cutouts. Which I know wasn't everyone's favorite part of the New Year's event but I genuinely enjoyed it. (Even with how chaotic it was during that event).

And let's just say that Valko had been a character who was slightly more geared towards global players (even tho many CN girlies absolutely love him), it would have been even more amazing to see him in these kinds of events. The dichotomy would have been thrilling to witness. Now though, I barely have the want to go back to the game (even if we weren't actively protesting). It's just sad to think that so many people would have been positively influenced and like myself maybe would have looked more into Chinese culture due to Valko coming to the game.

Another day another fight for our boy

Ironmouse has already talked about wanting Valko back on her live stream today when she was at anime expo. And she knows bbno$ through their collab, and he's already done Love and Deepspace cosplay.

If he does this. Or even if he teases it. People outside of our fandom would be more aware of the situation.

We could even just use his music and make edits for Valko.

Genuinely if we can all rally together to message him and comment on his videos to ask for him to cosplay Valko I really think that will garner a LOT more attention.

This is going to be a full list of everything that you can actively do (so far that I can gather) to voice your concerns about everything that Infold has decided to do after stating that Valko will be removed from the game ( and no future love interests will be added). If I miss anything or get anything wrong, OR you would just like to add any additional information please do so in the comments! The more information the better.

1. Stop Playing The Game

• Uninstall the game, if you can't bring yourself to do that then

• DON'T LOGIN (at least for the next 6 days until we hit his original launch date, I know it's hard I still have my Aurum pass but this is a critical time.)

• Remember you can get back those six login days retroactively in game

2. Do Not Spend Money

• No purchases that includes, packs, Aurum pass, tops, event pulls etc.

• This step is easy if you are following #1, but even if you continue logging in avoid spending any money on the game.

Continue this spending freeze well after the 9th of he still isn't released. They pay more attention to money even though this game is technically f2p. If we don't spend the sustained pressure will build.

3. Unfollow Official Social Media Accounts

• Instagram

• TikTok

• YouTube

•Twitter

Follower drops are visible metrics companies monitor pretty closely especially with a controversy like this.

4. Leave Honest App Store Reviews

• Leave one star reviews (they can't really dispute 1 stars if they are valid concerns and not spam)

• Clearly and calmly State your concerns.

Mention: Your disappointment in Valko's cancellation, how you feel like it is a Band-Aid to a much larger issue and that it will not effectively help their game in any way.

Express how you are hurt by the lack of transparency, any concerns about the company listening to only harassment campaigns and NOT the global fanbase who also spends a substantial amount of money.

Make sure they are aware that there are other issues with the game that need to be corrected. And avoid spam or threats so that the reviews are much more likely to not be removed.

5. Send Constructive Emails

Much like the reviews, emailing your concerns in a respectful and professional way will be much more beneficial. (check the photos in this post for a list of all the emails you can contact)

In the Emails discuss:

• Why Valko was important to you (personally I was falling off the game and he was my reason for coming back)

• Why his cancellation damaged your trust in the company.

•Any other problems in the game that you would love to see fixed on top of Valko coming back

•Express that you want him back and unchanged because he was integral to the plot line of the story.

•Let them know that you feel bad for the developers who worked tirelessly on this new character, as well as the voice actors and project managers etc.

Obviously don't harass staff and send hateful messages, you can express your disappointment and your pain without being cruel. That's how we got into this mess in the first place.

6. Keep Consistently Talking About Valko

•Do not let discussion disappear after just a few days

>Post consistently

Edits, Memes, Discussion threads, fan theories, appreciation posts etc. As long as it's respectful keep posting.

&gt;This also includes reposting others cosplays, fanart, edits, discussions etc. boosting others content even if you don't post your own helps the algo.<

Any post you make, try to use relevant hashtags.

Such as: #BringValkoBack #BringBackValko #BringValkoHome #LoveandDeepspace #InfoldGames #PaperGames

Tag Love and Deepspace's official account in all of your posts.

7. Verify Information Before Sharing

~There is a lot of misinformation going around in this community right now, nothing we hear can be verified 100%. So stay vigilant and only take what Infold says on their official accounts as facts.

• Any information that you see that maybe relevant but not verified put a disclaimer to let everyone know at the very beginning that you are only wanting to discuss this and not stating it as a fact. (And in many cases maybe not posting at all is the best option)

• Avoid spreading claims about the government being involved or that the game is being shut down. This is fear mongering and we do not want to do this. Take critical looks at screenshots that people provide and unverified information.

False rumors weekend community credibility and creates confusion.

8. Show You Are Willing to Support Other Games

If you are at all interested in alternative dating Sims like Silent Whispers:

• Pre-register for the game

• Screenshot it

• Post and tag Infold with the aforementioned hashtags as well.

And in that post explain that player trust affects where people spend their time and money. Companies always notice potential audience migration.

9. We Are All In This Together

•This is not CN vs Global Players.•

Please please please remember, that the people who were the catalyst for all of this drama was only a group of the CN community. It does not reflect the entirety of them as a whole. There are so many supporters of Valko in China. And they are fighting for the exact same thing we are. It is so easy to make it a "Us versus Them" .

This is not players v players.

This is players Infold.

Are grievances are with how they are treating everyone involved, we must keep our focus on them and not trying to destroy each other.

*And in that same vein*

Don't attack other Love Interests. Every Li in Love and Deepspace has flaws, unhealthy traits or exaggerated fictional behaviors that would not necessarily be ideal in a real life partner. That is part of fictional romance storytelling. Insulting characters or mocking fans of other LI's only divides the community and weakens the overall message. Also with that in mind...

• Some players are going to continue to play and not join the boycott/protest and there's nothing you can do about that.

• You can express your disappointment in the fact that they do not want to participate, but do not harass, shame or bully anyone who is not protesting.

• You can calmly explain why you believe being a part of the boycott matters and why solidarity could make a difference, but ultimately people have free will and we'll make their own choices.

Respectful discussion is far more effective than cruelty or pressure campaigns against other fans. Convince them why it is important and not why "they are wrong". It is up to them what actions they take moving forward whether it is a detriment to them or otherwise.

10. Signing Petitions

I have seen a few different petitions going around that are getting an amazing amount of signatures. If you haven't already you can look up on Reddit what positions you can sign. Sign as many as you can.

AND FINALLY

11. Avoid Doom Scrolling (I Know it's HARD)

The best way to stay vigilant is to make sure that you are not exhausted by everything.

• Find other games, hobbies, shows or creative projects to focus on too.

• Constantly refreshing social media for updates can become emotionally exhausting and makes the situation harder on you mentally.

*• Force yourself to take breaks so that you can stay in the fight for the long haul. (*This is exactly how social justice activists stay vigilant when fighting for political rights)

Overall, what I would like to say is that I am so proud of everyone for fighting so hard for something that we care so much about. Some people might think that this is just a game but too many of us it was so much more than that. It's a way for us to cope with the things in our daily lives.

So I hope we can continue to play this game and enjoy it after they Bring Valko Back. 🐺❤️
