Have you seen this behaviour in your loved one?

I’m an adult not a young person.
My mum has always gotten either paranoia or something like it. She gets over excited to help out and then later on renigs on support and it can be for anything - over a lifetime - she will buy me a car and help me with driving to get my license: then end up leaving me with a car I can’t drive as she lost interest in teaching me. Or childminding - had an important event and she babysat my 3yo and rang me when I was there to pick child up early.
She came to my child’s assembly at school and had this manic experience (she is NOT diagnosed with ANYTHING) where she thought everyone was staring at her and started shouting and I was crying on my way home embarrassed and also that she yelled in front of kindy child.
I was giving birth a high risk pregnancy and she caused an argument when I was on rhe birth bed and my baby ended up gravely sick (still disabled today).
My sister’s wedding she made a commotion in public and said she had paid for everything and not my sisters husbands new family.
Everything she makes about her. But she’s literally having a crash of some sort.
She’s unreliable.
If anyone knows this behaviour and can explain possible what it is can you please tell me?
She spends a lot of time inside as well, possible agoraphobia. She is extremely clean freak and always has been and I mean cleaning every day with maybe an hour break.
Argues with strangers and everyone she’s around.
She can be abusive.
She is 67.
I noticed that she will say weird things that can offend people which I thought may be autism. She once said to a lady that came up to me and her and my daugher “she’s not my child. She’s my grandchild” even though I was 35 years old and my daugher is 8 so my mum would have been 63. So the lady wouldnt have thought she was the mum. That’s probably a bad example but she will come out with some strange things. Very weird statements.
She is controlling at times. She must feel fear but she is literally causing havoc in the neighbourhood. She has told a teen boy off for skating in the road near her house. She has expressed anger to all neighbours in the 8 years she’s had her house. She argues with everyone, absolutely everyone.
She has signs of everything! It could be autism, adhd, bipolar, paranoid personality, schizoid, ocd…. It literally is all signs of these in little amounts. Even bpd and psychosis.
