Hard Indian stomach to now everything wants to kill me 😭

This is venting mainly but I’m open to any and all suggestions!

35F Indian American. I eat SPICY. I lovvvvve seasoning. And just everything delicious.

A meal isn’t complete without rice. Or naan. Or roti. Mainly always rice.

Everything was fine. I could eat all the things, no major issues.

Until these past couple of years I started getting very sensitive to foods.

I get SO bloated. So damn bloated. Like my stomach is distended and painful and lumpy. Sometimes I throw up every day, at least once a day.

And holy hell do I get constipated now.

My GI specialist is stumped so next step is to get a gastro emptying radiation test done but that’s a few months out while I recover from surgery i got last week.

Due to surgery and its location (starting from my tailbone, continuing down my butt crack) my poor 💩 shooter is swollen and traumatized and just not having a good time. And my stomach is so distended.

I’ve been eating kale and tilapia for 2 days now. Still miserable

Oh and I can’t have starches bc of where the incisions are.

So no rice.

No naan. Roti. Luchi. Paratha. Nothing. NOTHING.

I did order some digestive enzymes right now. And some shirataki noodles?

I feel like my life is over 😩 please send any and all suggestions my way. Idk wtf I’m doing but I’m in desperate relief that is consistent and not fleeting
