Sudden, extreme wind/turbulence when landing in career mode
I'm getting a very weird issue in career mode flights thats caused me to crash a couple times now, and im wondering if this is actually realistic, or if its the game being weird/buggy/glitchy.
I'll be on approach, getting closer and closer to the runway, with autopilot off, and the plane is descending normally. Maybe a bit of wind sometimes and I have to adjust left and right, up and down, but I can handle that. Then, about half the time, just as I get to about 100ft from the ground, im hit with seemingly hurricane force winds that suddenly throw my plane left, right, up, or down, out of nowhere.
I wouldnt mind if this was happening all the way down while landing, because I could get used to whats happening and adjust, but it always happens just as im past my minimums and about to land.
This happened to me on smaller planes to a lesser extent, but ive been flying the Cessna CJ4 lately and it seemingly happens more, and more intensely, in this plane.
I dont think im flying too slowly or anything either and stalling out. Im usually at about 110 to 115 knots at this stage just before landing, which is my usual Vapp (according to the FMC).
Is this kind of sudden turbulence and wind at ~100ft above ground something that happens in real life, or is this an MSFS24 thing? Is there any way to account for this when landing? What i should be doing to avoid crashing my plane when this happens?
