Activities with an infant

I have a two month old newborn and we’re finally feeling more confident about going on outings with her. At the end of July a friend is visiting for a week. Any suggestions on activities that are doable with an infant? We will obviously avoid being outdoors too much on really hot days, otherwise outdoor activities are probably better than indoor ones

Oversupply on only one breast

Has anyone ever dealt with this problem? I have a 3,5 week old and she latches much better on the left side. I offer her both breasts equally but I suspect she sucks more efficiently on the left side and has caused it to have an oversupply. She chokes almost every time on the left side, and lets go multiple times to catch her breath. Also, my left breast leaks when I feed her on the right side, and just leaks in general if it’s been too long since she fed on that side.

If anyone has gone through this or has any thoughts on what I could do to balance this out, I’d appreciate it! I’ve read about block feeding but my right nipple really hurts now and the thought alone of her feeding from it exclusively for many hours gives me pain.

What I’ve been doing for the past two days is that I feed her on the right side twice in a row before offering the left side, and repeating this sequence (right, right, left, right, right, left etc) in the hope that this will make my left breast start producing less milk. Idk if it’s wishful thinking but I have a feeling that it’s already working a little bit
