Hi everyone,

I’m an international RN from Colombia under EB-3 Schedule A (consular processing). My employer is a large hospital system and my I-140 was filed in March 2025 with regular processing.

It has now been around 14 months and I still haven’t received any update or approval. I also don’t have direct access to my receipt number because communication goes through the law firm/employer.

Are there other Schedule A nurses with similar timelines in 2026?
What receipt months are you seeing approved lately for regular processing?
