We are wanting to add a ceiling fan in our manufactured home. We have a pitched ceiling.
The current light fixture is on one side of the pitch.
What is the best way to add a ceiling fan?
Because of the pitched ceiling I will need to get a fan that has a longer hanging rod. What is the best way to decide the size of the fan to buy?

I am looking for any guidance or advice on changing from an electric tank water heater to a tankless water heater.
Manufactured home is a Fleetwood Model 2662A. 2 bed/2 bath. Smaller bedroom and bathroom in the front and the larger bedroom and bath are on the opposite end. I don’t know the exact length but I am guessing to be about 60’ long. There are 7 hot water access points in the home.
The hot water heater is located in the closet of the front bedroom. The only access is by emptying the closet. It is a 40 Gallon tank.
If we shower in the back bathroom, it takes at least 3 minutes to get the hot water to the shower. Then we have less than 10 minutes of hot water before it turns cold. I know that this is because where the tank is located and the size of the tank.
In our area, we deal with extremely hard water. The current tank is approximately 7 years old and am fairly certain that the tank is filled with of sediment. I know I can drain the tank and get the sediment out but that is very problematic since it is in a carpeted bedroom and very tight quarters.
Would a tankless water heater work in this situation?
What would you recommend as an appropriate size?

Hello,
I have a family member that is in a romance scam. Because of this going on she has put her family in financial ruins. Due to the major financial chaos that she has caused, we do not have the funds to go through any of these groups or companies to uncover everything so that we can get her to stop. Even though we confronted her months ago and showed her how she was being scammed she is still doing it.
The saddest part is that she is 74 years old and is married to my father in law who is 82 years old.
I am trying to validate some information to see if anyone else has heard of these. From what we can tell these may be associated with the states on the east coast of the United States. I am coming up with information using the internet but maybe we could all help each other by sharing our findings.

The family has decided that we are going to do a “Intervention” we are going to lay everything out to her and simply tell her that she needs to stop what she is doing or we will invite her to pack her bags and leave. It is a very hard approach but we feel like we have to protect everyone else.
