Thanks in advance for answering more tourist questions. I'm looking to come to Skopje in early September then go to Ohrid for 4 days. Since the landscape is so beautiful I was considering getting some family photos done out there. Would this be possible? The area seems small and reminds me of Catalina Island off the coast of CA and I don't want to assume it would be easy to do.
I am significantly impacted by the recent rate adjustment with Alma and am evaluating the feasibility of getting off the platform. I just got my first contract offer from Aetna, which was more similar to Alma's newly downgraded rates than I had hoped. Of course, I expected that the contract would be lower, but now that I see the options in black and white, I am wondering if it is worth maintaining. Are any therapists having the same experiences with Aetna rate offers (I am in CA if that helps)? As a solo private practice, has anyone been able to negotiate higher rates at any time? According to the contract, the rates were determined roughly three years ago. I am an LMFT, if that helps to know!
