Ebglyss pain

I don’t really know how or what to do. I’ve had eczema for 23 years now (all my life) and I was prescribed Ebglyss, did my 1st injection after so much anxiety and stress, but it was so painful that I accidentally dropped the second one out of stress, ruining the needle. Then, I tried again the next day and couldn’t do it. I have a hatred of needles and this one hurts more than any vaccine I’ve ever had. I cowardly cancelled the prescription. I just can’t imagine doing this every time, for an undetermined time. Anyone else going through this? I feel like shit, because I’ve already ruined a needle and I just don’t know how to feel or what to do at this point.

Equifax: worst automated phone system ever?

Trying to report my stolen wallet, and add an alert to my cards, and I just can’t help but post about this. Their automated phone service is genuine garbage. Doesn’t matter if you use your keypad or speak into the phone, it will register nothing and sometimes complete nonsense. The worst case of this was when it was asking for my birthday: no matter what I clearly said or typed on the keypad, it kept saying I entered “March 20, 2027” as my date of birth… I don’t even have a 7 in my dd-mm-yyyy ????

Equifax please fix your garbage phone system. Let me know if you guys have also had a bad experience with them.

Let this be a warning to everyone, don’t leave anything in your car. I know, I know, you guys can let me have it for leaving stuff of any value in my car, but it really impacted me and I know it’s just as terrible for the next person. Please don’t leave anything in your car, I am down hundreds of dollars and all of my identification cards were stolen, including personal memorabilia from my parents. Keep your stuff secure and in your house guys.
