How can play by play guys identify what pitch is thrown so quickly?

I've seen videos of pitchers showing how they grip balls for different pitches but what do you look for to tell what pitch it is when it's being thrown?

Are there normal daily activities that pitchers won't/shouldn't do because it could injure their arm?

Would a pitcher avoid carrying heavy groceries or swinging on monkey bars with his kids? If a guy hurts his shoulder swinging an ax, would it impact his contract?

What are your dos and don'ts for hook-ups? How do you protect yourself and ensure you have a good time?

How do you get off and have fun without worrying about being filmed, being physically harmed, being grossed out...

Looking for advice and sympathy...My undercarriage is raw

For almost a year, I've been suffering with irritation, stinging, burning, redness throughout my genital/anal region. My anal/perianal area feel weirdly dry, but dryness in the vaginal area doesn't seem to be a problem. The skin on my buttocks, backs of thighs and the fold between is also irritated. I've been on oral conjugated estrogen for a couple years and I've been using premarin liberally since November. There is no smell, no defined rash pattern, no unusual discharge. I have no problem getting wet when I'm turned on.

Things I've tried:

Obvious stuff

  • Softer different brand toilet paper
  • loose cotton panties
  • Tide free&clear detergent

Treating like fungal/yeast issue

  • ensuring everything is dry after showers
  • zinc based diaper rash cream- feels good going on but stinging/irritation is not helped.
  • Vagisil powder on skin folds
  • Nizoral anti dandruff shampoo as body wash
  • Clotrimazole

Treating like a dermatitis type issue

  • Super gentle body wash for sensitive skin (La Roche-Posay Lipikar Syndet AP+ Wash Cream, Vagisil Ultra gentle)
  • Gentle moisturizers~only outside vulva (Avene Xeracalm, Avene Cicalfate, Eucerin 5% urea)
  • Hydrocortisone~only outside the vulva
  • Epsom salt soaks

Treating it like a bladder leakage issue

  • Rinsing with water after every pee
  • Bladder leak pads

I've been very methodical, giving each product at least a couple weeks, unless they made things worse. Trying one change at a time to gage effectiveness. Some things feel soothing at first but don't relieve symptoms. My gynecologist and pcp both blame genitourinary syndrome and say it'll get better with continued use of topical estrogen but it's been 7 months!

Has anyone else experienced this and figured out a solution??? My crotch would be forever grateful for your suggestions.
