ok where are we looking to find apartnents? don't say apartments.com, they only list the same $1300 apartments over and over again. I honestly don't care where it's at in NWA, im used to commuting. I need somewhere pet friendly (2 dogs under 15 pounds) and $900 AT MOST.

pls if you know the secrets to finding cheap apartments lmk.
