Trying to Beat Doomscrolling with a Purposeful short News App in India
We're two engineers working from a small workspace in Bangalore. About 8 months ago, we started building a short-form news app around a simple idea: less noise, more useful news.
The goal is to make it easier to keep up with important news from India and around the world without getting pulled into endless scrolling.
Like many first-time founders, we've learned that building the product is only half the challenge. Figuring out whether people actually find it useful is much harder.
We're sharing it here because we'd genuinely like some honest, even harsh, feedback.
