Now it's using vulkan, all problems are fixed.

I faced two minor issue.

1 - Ubuntu Dock Is Gone

sudo apt reinstall gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock

2 - Search Light Extension Not Working Currently

Fix:

-Add 50 To Extension Manifest JS/shell-version

-Remove The "affectsInputRegion" Parameter From Extension JS

You can find extension files in ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/...

Download linux vulkan sdk(v1.4.341.1), latest sdk(v1.4.350) causing issue currently.

Add this command to game launch command ->

sh -c 'source /home/deck/YOUR_SDK_FOLDER/setup-env.sh && ~/lsfg %command%'

Edit folder path to where you put the sdk folder.

Includes lsfg command.

General info, vulkan sdk good to have thing on your steam deck, sometimes it can help you like this.

After every shad update -> delete shader cache(Right Click To EA Sports UFC 4/Delete/Delete Shader Cache).

If it start crash on launch, delete shader cache.

Multiplayer(local) is working, you can use parsec to play with people in different places.

It's currently playable but it's not perfect because patches are not exist yet, also shad updates will improve this a lot in near future.
