guys im stuck btw mit and nid assam

i hv been asking around if one is better than the other and all im getting in response is ' obviously nid! u cant beat that tag! '

as good as the nid tag is, will i be able to get a job straight out of college? (lets say im an avg student)

mitid offers placements and guiding faculty for each student (seems legit)

but the nidj students i hv talked to say that the college doesnt help with internships and placement cell is getting made this yr(granted only 2 batches have passed out)

is the nid tag THAT worth it in the long term?

ik very well companies seek out talent rather than tags and such, but a tag is still good to have right?

i hv seen mitid students get jobs in microsoft and such, but when i go onto the nidj website i see very few ppl with jobs in their description

there are pros and cons to both ofc

nid - the tag and relatively cheaper fee

mitid - placements/internships and relatively nearer city

Ive heard MIT is better but apparently there is a waitlist for hostels too💀💀💀 and its a heftier fee (almost 7 lakhs😭)

does the waitlist happen every yr???

and are the placements worth it(especially for ux ui)

and then there is RVU, the fees are more affordable with the scholarship( like 2 lakhs) their giving but is it worth it?? Is the design education there good?? are the placements good (for ux ui)??

Even hostels are good as far as ik but pls let me know🙏🙏🙏
