25M in Tier 1 City want to do a side business
I am 25M living in a tier 1 city doing a full time job in IT and want to start side business which I can maybe manager sometime after work or fully on weekends. I can put in around 10-15 lakhs as investment. Don’t want crazy good returns or become a millionaire in a night. I want to do a good side business without my money going to waste.
Any suggestions how can I start.
I was thinking of food stalls but how do I find people who would manage the stalls. I can cook food and provide them but how do I find people I can trust to manage the stalls.
Are there any other ideas that you can share?
EDIT: Another idea I was thinking of was buying some second hand bikes and get some drivers on rapido and uber to drive them for me. But over here the concern is if I take bike under my name and if there is some accident sorts of thing that happens then I will be held responsible but if I get those on driver name then they can just steal it. Also finding a driver again is a concern.
