is fetch pet insurance better than a savings account for a samoyed

Im getting ready for my first Sammy and trying to budget for both the normal vet visits and accidents and sammy specific things like hip issues or an attitude that turns into an expensive training journey. I looked at fetch pet insurance and a few other providers plus keeping the same money in a savings account because I’m not sure which option holds up better for my budget. Anyone know much about fetch’s coverage, both in general and for breed specific things?

What's a small process change that made your restaurant run way better?

We've spent a lot on equipment over the years. But some of the biggest improvements came from small process changes, not gear. Better schedules. Clearer side work lists. A different cut order. Easier ways to communicate shift updates. Little things like that cut down on daily friction more than we expected.

Curious what's worked for other teams. What's one change that made a real difference for you? Did it make life easier for both managers and staff? Thx
