NEGATIVE APPROACH - Tied Down (Touch And Go)

Often imitated, never duplicated. When someone mentions USHC, this is what comes to mind.

JERRY’S KIDS - Is This My World? (Taang!)

Might be my favorite 80’s USHC record. An unbelievable display of energy that is completely unrivaled.

M.D.C. - Millions Of Dead Cops (Beer City)

I mostly buy modern hardcore punk records but occasionally go down rabbit holes to fill in gaps. I’m currently way into 80’s USHC and picked this up the other day. Totally rips and gives great context for today’s punk scene.

LOVE CANAL - Warheads On Foreheads (11pm)

If you only pick up one 7” this year, might I recommend this

GROTTO - Targeted Solution (Neon Taste Records)

Another heavy hitter from Neon Taste via Sorry State. Don’t sleep on GROTTO

Recent Haul

Had a bunch of holds and preorders delivered at once; I recommend this if you have the patience.

G.U.N. - Death Dealer (Poison Vision)

Probably the best 7” of the year so far. Some real punk shit.

FEROCIOUS X - Med Vilken Ratt (Distort Reality)

The most raw, the most brutal; few sound as gnarly as this band.

SPIRITUAL LAW - S/T (Human Future, Broken Skull)

Total crusher, this record fucking rules. If you like STINGRAY this will be up your alley.
