Is a Schecter Demon 6 FR for £215 worth in the state that its in

Ad says there is a couple chips and that he has lost the locking nut clamps. I am hesitant as the pickup switch(which still works) has been sheared off which has me worried how the guitar was treated. It all works(apparently) but i would view it in person so I would be able to test it.

Should I low ball lower because of the uncertainty of the history the guitar? (The price was already reduced from £350)

I am not sure how sturdy Schecters are against abuse, and wanted some opinions on if I should risk it, should I ask to look inside the guitar if I visit?

Waiting to hear back on how old the guitar is and how the switch broke
