Hi, I like to stay at the Carlyle when I'm in New York and the Chateau Marmont when I'm in LA. Lately I've been feeling like those two hotels are past their prime and that I'm a bit of a hack for staying there so much. Are there any NY and LA hotels that have taken the crown?

What is the best way to find kitchen workers? In your opinion
