I ordered a Putnik on the 13th and received and filled out the docusign. I checked my order status on Monday morning and the order tracker said the form 3 had been approved and they were preparing to ship to my dealer. However, when I checked later that same day, the order tracker had gone back to "Processing". I tried contacting support over the last couple days, but the ai is useless and I imagine support and sales are flooded with calls. Has anyone seen this happen or know of another way to get ahold of support?
