so im gonna reach nitk by 13 and idk when hostels will open and everybody is saying it'll happen after 14 or so.. so if I reach campus before hostel allotment where am I supposed to stay??

do students hv access to guest house? like can i book guesthouse by myself? and also does it require parents permission if im a female..
