Can creators DM you: Yes
Compensation: $150 paid test for 6 videos. Creators who are a good fit may be invited into our ongoing paid program, with a monthly base + performance bonuses.
Organic or paid social: Both. Content will be posted organically, with the possibility of high-performing videos being used for paid ads.
Does the creator have to set up new multiple accounts: Yes. Creators will set up new TikTok + Instagram accounts specifically for careertakes, using a handle like yourname.careertakes.
Description of work: We’re looking for creators to make quick, relatable TikToks + Instagram Reels about job hunting, resumes, interviews, work, and early-career life.
This is not polished UGC. Think talking-to-camera videos, POVs, reactions, memes, quick stories, trends, and simple product demos. Most videos should take around 15 minutes or less to make.
You’ll get weekly hooks, ideas, and creative direction from us, but we want the content to feel natural in your own voice. Creators in the ongoing program will be expected to post daily.
No following required. We care much more about being comfortable on camera, understanding short-form content, and being able to create consistently.
