I’ve been trading CFDs for over 2 years now and lately I’ve been seeing many traders saying Futures is better and more professional.

CFDs are easier to start with, less capital needed and accessible for almost everyone.

Futures on the other side looks more transparent and serious, but it also needs more understanding and bigger capital.

So for traders who have experienced both, what’s the real difference honestly?

Is Futures actually better or traders are just following trends?

What's your take on this, CFD trading vs Futures trading, I'm seeing people daily talking about the advantages of trading Futures compared to Forex, I'm currently on Forex, i don't have any experience on Futures, I'm trying to do paper trading on Tradingview trading NQ,ES and some other but it seems to be complicated than forex, who can share a little bit of experience?

Discipline is more important than strategy in trading.

Many traders have good strategies, but they still lose because they do not follow their plan. They enter trades out of emotion, move stop losses, overtrade, or take profits too early. A simple strategy with strong discipline can perform better than a great strategy with no self-control. In trading, success comes from being patient, managing risk, and following your rules every single time. Strategy gives you direction, but discipline is what makes it work.
