DISCLAIMER: Don't touch gear unless you're genuinely prepared for the possibility of a long recovery if you come off. For some people that can mean feeling absolutely cooked for 6-12 months. And I mean life-destroyingly cooked.

(Photos 1-3 are me at 86.5kg while training hard and on cycle. 4-6 are me now.)

I'm 76.5kg now. Haven't trained since around the end of May.

I stopped gear cold turkey and stopped training at the same time, so I went from 86.5kg in late May to 76.5kg now in July. I'd say probably 80% of that loss was lean mass 😂.

I could probably slap most of the size back on in a couple of months, but honestly... ceebs. Eating that much food every day and walking around at that bodyweight got pretty exhausting.

So now I'm thinking of doing the opposite.

I'm considering getting absolutely diced first. Like a genuine 9-10% body fat, not the classic internet "I'm 10%" while actually being 16%. Then I'd slowly lean gain from there without blasting again. Maybe just stay around TRT with a tiny increase if needed.

I've actually just taken my first shot of Test P again, purely to get back to TRT levels (105mg/week). Just to feel like a normal human again.

What would you guys do in my position?

  1. Cut straight away after returning to training?

  2. Spend a month around maintenance while getting back into the gym?

  3. Or just say screw it and lean bulk again, but at a much slower, more controlled rate this time?

Cheers lads. Much love.
