Need to buy a top load washer and there is so many conflicting articles/opinions about brands and whether or not to go with/without an agitator.

What have you found to be best drugstore moisturizer under foundation for older ladies?

I switched to vanicream and my foundation is getting patchy when I put it on. I use a damp sponge to apply and usually wait about 15 minutes after moisturizer to apply. Help!!
