my cat randomly has had pretty watery stool the past day and today just noticed a tiny bit of blood in it. she's extremely active and still begging for food and running around and everything. does she need the vet now or can i watch it for a day or two and then decide if it's still there.

- spayed female 2 yo old

- adopted little over a month ago

- clinical signs: watery poo first time ever noticed blood, otherwise healthy with nothing

EDIT: possible cause could be i was running low on food yesterday so fed her her normal food mixed with friskies wet food. that mix could've caused the diarrhea but would that cause a lil blood too?
