Has anybody noticed that the whole country of Belize has been experiencing slow internet the past week or so?

This is both Digi and NexGen.

Normally both are pretty fast and there's been no changes on my end at home or my business.

Discuss.

Having recently opened a business and after nearly a year *still* being in an unknown status with my residency application, every part of this rings true.
