Hi guys! Looking for some local advice.

My girlfriend and her friends from Manila are planning a beach day on May 31. We are staying overnight in Malasiqui, so we need somewhere accessible along the central Pangasinan coastline.

We recently went to San Fabian public beach during Holy Week, but the heavy crowds and trash ruined the experience a bit. We want to find somewhere cleaner and nicer this time.

Lingayen is on our radar, but I've heard mixed things about the safety/depth of the water there, some say it drops off steeply. Can anyone confirm if that’s true, or recommend a specific spot/resort in Lingayen (or nearby like Binmaley/Dagupan) where the water is calm and shallow?
