Need help
hello everyone ,i have sold a product on Wallapop,in the description i said every problem this product had,like it was for parts and it was kinda working,as of it i received an offer about it,the offer was 35€ down the original price,as of it the buyer asked me about it if it was working,i said it worked but it had this problems ecc... and it was for parts,he bought it,i have sent it really good,the buyer then contacted me and said that he received it and it was not working the problem i have already told him,after 6 hours he sent me another message saying he dismantled it and mounted the piece on his other product,and said it didn't worked on his product,the next day he sent me a request to send it back,but i have read in the wallapop policy that if a product is opened or is damaged by the buyer i shouldn't accept to take it back,can someone tell me what should i do? maybe it is a scam? honestly i wasn't expecting the buyer to wanting to return it
