This issue is on my computer, also I attached some images of what version it is and what not

Anyways, two days ago, my Roblox account, discord, and steam all got hacked into. The hacker got me banned from Roblox by uploading inappropriate decals, but I contacted support and got it back. I also got my steam account back, but they hacked it again today. (I haven't bothered with discord tbh.)

They went into a ton of games and stole valuables, as well as wasted my robux on random game passes.

I changed my Roblox accounts email because my mom suggested it

My question is if I have been hijacked? I do admit that I downloaded a sketchy link for a game online on the same day that my accounts got hacked, but I deleted it before the hacking occured.

Ive have extensive 2 factor authentication for years now. Ive also changed my passwords multiple times since, so I'm pretty sure they stole my cookies or something.

I also downloaded Malwarebytes and ran a scan, it said nothing was wrong

I'm terrified that they'll log into my Roblox account tomorrow and get me banned once again, and Roblox support will be fed up and keep me banned.

Will I need to factory reset my computer? If so I'll let my dad know because he knows more about this than me

If you listen very closely, you'll hear a high pitched whine coming from the log in my terrarium. One of my hissers recently gave birth to two babies (idk how, it's a full female colony and I adopted them all as babies) and I'm wondering what this noise was because it was 100% from the terrarium 😵‍💫

It stopped after a few minutes but while writing this it made the noise again, followed by a hiss from an adult
