Has anyone found a free video upscaler online that actually improves quality?
I have been trying to clean up some older clips and compressed videos lately and most free video upscalers online dont really do what I expected.
A lot of them technically upscale the resolution to 1080p or 4K but the actual video still looks soft. In some cases it even makes compression artifacts more obvious
