First time growing melons. What’s the best way to support these?

Fungus growing on plywood platform underneath pan.
Water was dripping down from underneath the coils. I cleaned them this morning, hopefully resolving the moisture issue. What should I do about the growing fungus? Still do not 100% know the leak is solved would appreciate any perspective. The handler is a Carrier FX4D. Maybe an issue with the Pan? Crack or tilt issue? Blower on too high? Anything would help.
