Have Two Questions About the Alleged 42 Rules of AA : Were They Followed or Violated, and Who Should Investigate?

The Office of Allu Arjun has officially denied the alleged 42 rules.

Fair enough. I just have three questions.

  1. If these 42 rules never existed, were all the 42 rules followed during Allu Arjun's arrest?

  2. If the 42 rules did exist after all, how many of them were violated during his arrest and while he was in jail?

  3. And the most important one. The local fan associations are always ready with banners, bike rallies, and ₹5,000 "volunteer allowances" whenever there's a PR battle. Have any of them filed a PIL asking whether these alleged 42 rules were actually followed or violated? Or is judicial activism reserved only for first day first show?

At this point, I don't even want the controversy. I just want a compliance audit.

42 Rules Status: Followed ✅ | Violated ❌ | Never Existed 🤷

Fake IAF officer in bhubaneswar

https://www.instagram.com/\_mr\_saidas952\_iaf?igsh=ZG5pMnl6ZnF1bmN4

This poor guy is trending on Twitter. He's allegedly using AI to make fake images of an IAF pilot and uploading them online.

Now people are piling into his DMs. Some are telling him things like "Military Intelligence will be coming to your home" and "make sure you don't see sunlight for the rest of your life."

The funny part is he doesn't even seem rattled. Every time someone sends him one of these dramatic warnings, he just replies with a casual "goodbye", blocks them, and moves on.

No idea whether he's brave, clueless, or simply doesn't care anymore.

Young IAS SDM Caught in ₹10 Lakh Vigilance Trap, ₹47 Lakh Recovered From Official Residence, Suspended in 48 Hours. Less Than a Year Later, He's Back in the Revenue Department. The Message Wasn't Sent to Him. It Was Sent to You and Me.

A young 2021-batch IAS officer. A Sub-Collector. One of the most junior officers in the system. Odisha Vigilance allegedly catches him red-handed accepting ₹10 lakh. The same Vigilance team then searches his residence and reportedly recovers another ₹47 lakh in cash. Not journalists. Not activists. Not political rivals. The state's own anti-corruption agency. The government suspends him within 48 hours and the public is told that accountability is working. Most people see the arrest, the cash recovery and the suspension and assume the story is over.

Less than a year later, he is back in government service, posted to the Revenue Department. And that's when you realize the arrest wasn't the message. The suspension wasn't the message. The reinstatement was the message. The message wasn't meant for him. It was meant for you. The taxpayer. The voter. The citizen who still believes consequences and accountability are the same thing. Maybe his promotions get delayed. Maybe his career progression slows down. Maybe he never becomes Secretary. But he remains inside the system. If this is how the system responds when one of its most junior officers allegedly becomes the face of a major vigilance case, what exactly are you supposed to conclude about those who are far more senior, far more connected and far more powerful? The state is making a bet that your outrage will last weeks, while its institutions will last decades. The uncomfortable question is whether that bet has ever been wrong.

Even Japanese hate the community spreading their travel civic snese

Even in Japan, where silence, cleanliness, and public etiquette are taken very seriously, locals regularly complain about behaving poorly in public spaces. Disney parks, luxury hotels, international flights, Shinkansen trains, tourist spots, you name it.

Ironically, these are often places that require significant money to access. Civic sense isn't about wealth. It's about respecting the people and spaces around you.

Hi all,

Last year, Ditto Insurance suggested I move my parents (64M, 62F) from Manipal Sigma (/₹57K) to Care Supreme (/₹66K). I agreed mainly because they promised strong claim support if issues arise.

Now I’m second guessing after reading mixed reviews.

Current Policy (Care Supreme):

- ₹15L floater

- No room rent / ICU limit

Key Features:

- Hospitalization + daycare cover

- Pre (60 days) + Post (180 days) hospitalization

- AYUSH + domiciliary (home treatment)

- Organ donor + ambulance cover

- Unlimited recharge of sum insured

- Advanced treatments (robotic, immunotherapy etc.)

- Annual health check-up + e-consult

Add-ons I’ve taken (main premium jump):

- Claim Shield (covers consumables)

- Plus Benefit (extra buffer after SI)

- Wellness / health programs

Waiting periods:

- PED: up to 36 months

- Named ailments: 24 months

Concern:

Paying ~₹9K extra vs Manipal, but reviews of Care are mixed. Ditto says they’ll handle claim escalations.

---

Questions:

  1. Is Care + Ditto support better than a “cleaner” insurer?

  2. Are features like unlimited recharge + claim shield actually useful in real claims?

  3. Anyone with actual claim experience (especially large claims) with Care?

  4. Continue or reconsider switching?

---

TL;DR:

Switched parents’ policy from Manipal Sigma to Care Supreme (₹57K → ₹66K) based on Ditto’s claim support promise. Features look strong, but reviews are mixed. Continue or rethink?
