? about tirz/reta

My pet seal was on 15mg of tirz from an online pharmacy and it basically stopped working (she has lost 80lbs over the last few years tho using Sema and tirz). She had her suspicions anyways bc their pricing was so cheap. Decided to get back into peptides (she had used them previously) and ordered tirz and Reta. Last night my seal mixed up both the Reta and tirz and took her very first shot of Reta at 2mg and then stacked with my tirz. The seal didn’t do the full 15mg that she had been taking but instead she took maybe 12mg. This morning the seal is extremely nauseous and having some bathroom issues too 🥲 could this mean the tirz she was getting from the online pharmacy was heavily diluted like she had suspected and she was actually never getting a true 15mg dose? Or is this from stacking? Any advice appreciated thanks! 🦭

Hi! Need recommendations for a good primary care physician in FH. Please don’t recommend Daisy Baiz or Rita Goldvug :) ideally a doctor who won’t make you wait an hour + in their waiting room. Either gender is fine, thanks!

Hi- my FIL was recently diagnosed with cancer and I’m wanting to find out anything and everything I can about best treatments, eastern medicine options (not as main treatment but to work alongside) and just anything I can. This is second time with cancer- he had gastric cancer 5 years ago and surgery put him into remission. Now it’s back- radiology report says: ADENOCARCINOMA WITH SIGNET RING FEATURES, UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL PRIMARY

And I do know the prognosis is guarded so no worries about hurting my feelings. Thank you for any and all help or comments.
