Every time I launch, it keeps tilting to the left without me doing anything. I added the thruster on top only for this problem

I'm trying to make my playthrough realistic by designing rockets that are as reusable as possible. I was inspired by the Vulcan Centaur and wanted to make boosters where just the engine could detach and come down with parachutes. Problem is, the engine stage and the rest of the booster aren't connected in terms of fuel, so that little tank runs out instantly. Anything I can do to fix it?
