Recently just left a very horrible job, and within a week of leaving found a management position for something i’m super passionate about! (woohoo!)
I want to make one of my “rare” Buldak packs to celebrate but am unsure which one is worthy as I only have one packet left of each, and they are all in my top 5 favorites.
Somebody please tell me which one to eat!! Lol
the situation: been having a lot of issues with where i’m working/living and i asked for clarification on if leaving is the right decision. i feel very confident in it but now that i have actually mentioned having a meeting about wanting to leave today i am rethinking the cards i pulled.
i would really appreciate if anyone can confirm what i interpreted or if i messed up with my choice because i read them completely wrong! i’m spiraling!!
i asked the question what happens for me if i stay here and continue to work here. i got the first three cards (hanged man reverse, 7 wands, death) in short i interpret as because i feel the need to be constantly protecting myself, it’s creating stagnation in a necessary ending or change.
i then asked the question what happens for me if i leave. i got the second line of cards (ace of pentacles, devil reversed, 10 wands, emporer reversed)
my interpretation of it is if i leave i will begin the process of a new journey regarding stability, a career and the careers impact financially, while also gaining independance and new responsibilities because a long lessons coming to an end.
however i have no clue how to interpret the emporer into it. my only guess is that it represents needing more freedom, to let go of rigid structures and routines and encourage more flexibility into how i go about my career or this journey.
i feel like the devil and emporer can both be interpreted more negatively but to me it doesn’t feel negative at all. i could really use someone else’s help incase i was trying to see these cards with more positivity than they actually meant…
if anyone’s more curious about our situation:
this summer my partner and i took on a seasonal job and it’s not how it was advertised at all. we are making significantly less than we signed to make, but we aren’t allowed to discuss it. there’s so many stupid rules including we are not allowed to walk around on property (AT ALL!) and we don’t really have a community space outside of our bedrooms, the bathrooms have been backed up for two months, the place is falling apart and filthy. we also don’t get breaks at work and there are insane management issues that’s been causing 24/7 arguments in every department. there’s no positivity here and everyone constantly talking shit about eachother and we are drained when we don’t have access to any free time outside and we have no way to leave the property. 6 people have already left in a month and i can’t keep working overtime with no benefits when i can’t sleep at night.
