Prime Lending?

I’m looking into buying in a new development in Washington state. One of the builder’s preferred lenders is Prime Lending. I spoke with a loan officer from Prime Lending and everything seems really good. I’d never heard of them before and want to make sure I am making the right choice.

Anyone have first hand experience with Prime Lending and care to share your thoughts? I’ve searched the sub and most of the posts related to them are several years old.
