Hiii guys, 21M here. I'm trying to find rent near koel nagar and jagda side from last month and it frustrating. I found some 1BHKs but the problem is I'm a bachelor and just started working so can't pay much. Most owner don't want bachelors and some of it's who allow have a higher rent.

Then i found an ad on olx.

that was a 2bhk , bachelor allowed and rent is also okay. He told me someone else is also intrested so pay your advance and secure it. And I did a great mistake, I paid. When I called him for visit and shifting he said I'm out of the town please come on this date , the date came I called him and he told me another excuse and changed the date again. This process continues to 5 - 6 different dates and it been a month now. So i got frustrated and felt like he's kind fraud or something so i asked him to just tell me the address I just wanna see it from outside and whenever he'll come rkl I'll get the key and shift but he told me address and when I went there, there were no such house. Then i called him he didn't picked my call . Next day I called him he picked my call and I ask him to return my money . He agreed but told me another excuse he said I will get my salary on 1st oct then I'll return, then when I called him on 1st oct he said puojiuntia is near so after that I'll return and now he's not answering my calls.

I know I did mistake but guys please tell me what to do now. I have to deal with this fraud and have to shift to RKL as soon as possible. If you guys can help me out then please and help me to find a rent near koel nagar or jagda side.

I spend a lot of time traveling between Rourkela and Banglore and it's always struck me as crazy that there is zero direct public bus service on this route. Train connectivities are not such good and there's no direct flight ( costly as well )

I'm trying to gather some local feedback to understand if there's genuine demand for bus transit here. If you travel this route, I'd really appreciate your thoughts:

1.Current Transit: How do you get between Rourkela and Banglore right now, and how much time/money does it cost you?

2. Would you switch? If a direct, clean, and reliable bus service started running on this route, would you actually use it?

3. Make-or-Break Factors: If you answered yes (or maybe), what is the single biggest requirement for you to choose the bus over your current setup? (e.g., Cheap fares, fast travel time, AC/comfort, specific morning/evening schedules, or convenient stops?)

4. Key Stops: What specific pickup/drop-off points along the way would be absolute dealbreakers for you?
