It is absolutely disgraceful that after I vacated my rented house in Phase 3, Chhend, with proper notice to move out of the city, the landlord has spent two months dodging me and refusing to return my 15K security deposit.

It’s clear this person never had any intention of playing fair, and I want to warn everyone: stay far away from this place. The landlord is a scamster —avoid this landlord at all costs.

If you're considering renting this place ever in future proceed with extreme caution. I moved out of this property months ago after providing timely notice, and I’m still being completely stonewalled regarding my security deposit.

I've been wanting someone I can just talk to consistently.

I am yet to find genuinely good food spots in Rourkela. Most street food vendors seem to serve the same old Manchurian, chowmein, and overpriced food that doesn’t really stand out.
As an Odia, I’ve been craving mutton curry, desi patrapoda, chaat, and other local foods. Unfortunately, even the chaat here is mostly North Indian/Bihari-style ghugni, which isn’t what I’m looking for.
I’ve already tried Jaga Balia (now Maa Sarala) and Jomha, but honestly, they didn’t live up to the hype. Every time I scroll through Instagram, I keep seeing promotions for restaurants that all seem to offer the same kind of menu and dining experience.
Can anyone recommend places in or around Rourkela that serve authentic Odia food?

I've had a JioFiber connection since around 2019-20 and I'm still using the initial older router provided with the connection.

The router is currently placed in one corner of the ground floor. The house is around 4500 sq. ft., and I want to extend the WiFi coverage to a single room on the 1st floor, towards the other corner of the house, although it's on the same side of the building.

I researched a bit and, from what I understand, the best solution would be to run an Ethernet cable from the main JioFiber router to the 1st floor and connect it to either:

• Another dual-band router configured as an Access Point
• A dedicated Access Point
• A mesh WiFi system with wired backhaul

I'm honestly confused about which setup would be the best for my use case.

My main priority is getting good speeds, stable connectivity and proper WiFi coverage on that room of 1st floor without losing a significant amount of bandwidth.

Should I simply get a good dual-band router and use it in AP mode? Would investing in a mesh system make more sense for a house of this size? Also, would it be better to run a Cat6 cable between the floors?

If anyone has done something similar with an older JioFiber router or has experience setting up WiFi coverage for a large house, please share your setup and recommendations.

Specific router, Access Point or mesh system recommendations are also welcome.

Can anybody say if opening a restaurant business in Rourkela now would be really worth-it?
since i see a lot of market gaps in here, expectation-vs-reality type of things, and the same saturated "restaurants" in the city over the years, the same 4 bar-dining, basically - i have a much good idea about the operations, just unsure if it would come my way or not. I'd appreciate people who have been in the space or have practical experience.
