So I have a couple of ETFs i bought. I realise that I don’t see any units getting adjusted for dividends. Do etfs provide any dividend adjustment at all?

Looking for some thoughts/suggestions on RE investment in Blr as diversification. I am not looking at rental but capital appreciation over a period. The holding period is 7-10 years.

1. North / East / South Bangalore market - i am split here - i read North has good scope of growth but i really don’t know about how water will be managed. East is the tech corridor more or less but feel most of projects will price this in and will be a bit out of budget for the segment i am looking for/ South has water which is a big plus and if the new airport gets decided (could take 10 years maybe to be a reality) - it looks good. But slightly tilting to north here.

2. Property type - i can manage an investment and emi for a property with a loan of up to 2.5 -3 Cr. I am looking to invest in luxury / ultra luxury segment and feel north has some options. South not sure what kind of projects will fit in and right now is more costly for such segment. One point that concerns me is job market is a big unknown but again luxury / ultra luxury will invite interest from HNIs and business folks too. Also looking at tier 1 developers.

Ok what’s with sudden increase in friend requests? Like what changed 🤷‍♂️

I have been in 2250-2300 blitz rating for a long time but it’s been a few days since i am inundated with these friend requests.

Folks, looking for suggestions on bars/pubs in the area where the cocktails make you go amaze, amaze, amaze :D. Okay even if it is a bit away from Indiranagar in CBD area.

Have done my share of cocktails across Una, Dali, bar spirit, Soka, etc. Looking to try some other place.

So I have been super bored with work lately and I haven’t done a solo trip in a while (got married a few years back). Now on a whim decided i head to Goa.

I am trying to put together a week itinerary either starting Saturday or Sunday. I do have to work 3-4 days but expect work to be light (5-6hrs). I haven’t been to Goa for a while and most recently just did the resorts in South ( Colva and Benaulim ).

I want to be moderately active this time around. Work during day and spend evenings out. I am split between splitting my time between north and South Goa. May hit the casino twice in a weeks time. Given work, do need safe properties for keeping laptop. Non shady traveler - just looking for some beach and sun, maybe venture into an evening party or two. Sit on the shacks every other day. Not sure if there are properties/shacks where I can sit across the beach and work comfortably. TIA.

Hi everyone, has anyone recently bought anything off 24builds. I understand it’s not Lego but i am super tempted to buy either the humvee or off-roader (also the remote control bit has me a bit interested). Given that it is expensive, wanted to see if it is worth it.
